Create your Tickmuse account with Sign Up, then add your trading history and start exploring your performance. If you already have an account, use Sign In. You can join rooms, follow other traders, and use notes right away. Before public launch, new accounts may go through the waitlist on the homepage. After launch, Sign Up creates the account directly. Tickmuse has a Free plan. Pro is $69/mo or $690/yr. Current offers are on the Pricing page at /pricing. The first 30 users get 90 days free. The next 50 ($49/mo founding rate) get a 14-day trial. After that, the $69/mo tier gets a 7-day trial. Free is $0. It includes the feed, rooms, following traders, a public profile, basic imports, and notes and check-ins. Leaderboard viewing stays free, and public track records stay public. The founding offer is on the Pricing page at /pricing. Claim a founding spot: 90 days of Pro free. Founding access is 90 days of Pro with no card and no automatic charge. The phase-2 founding rate is a 14-day trial, then $49/mo while that subscription stays continuously active. A 90-day member who subscribes keeps the remaining free days: billing starts when that access ends, and there is no extra 14-day trial. If a founding subscription is canceled, the $49/mo rate does not come back. The next subscription is standard Pro at $69/mo or $690/yr. Pro is $69/mo or $690/yr. 7-day free trial, card required. Cancel anytime before day 8 and you won't be charged. Founding Rate is a 14-day free trial, card required, then $49/mo, locked while you're subscribed. Founding access does not collect a card and does not turn into a charge by itself. Supported brokers

Connect your broker through NinjaTrader or MetaTrader, both free, and trade from your desktop like a pro. Everything syncs to Tickmuse automatically. NinjaTrader 8: install the free add-on, create a sync token on Connections at /connections, and confirm the accounts you want tracked. Compatible Rithmic, Tradovate, CQG, and NinjaTrader Brokerage accounts can sync this way. The add-on does not place orders. MetaTrader 4 and 5: allow WebRequest for https://www.tickmuse.com, install the free advisor, and use the sync token from Connections. The add-on does not place orders. ProjectX (Beta) direct connect is available. On Connections, add a connection name, the TopstepX username, and an API key. One ProjectX (Beta) key covers the TopstepX accounts on that profile. Tickmuse stores the key encrypted. To get a key: create a ProjectX Dashboard account, subscribe to API Access, link it under TopstepX → Settings → API → ProjectX Linking, then add an API key. Live Funded Topstep accounts import from a file and start as Imported. CSV import is the Import a file tab at /connections?tab=import. Upload a CSV with symbol, side, quantity, price, and fill time. Tradovate statements use the Performance CSV, the Orders or Fills CSV, and Cash History from the same login and the same dates. The guide is at /help/tradovate-export. A file upload starts as Imported. CQG accounts connected in NinjaTrader 8 sync the same way. Interactive Brokers syncs from a Flex query you create. Coach

The AI Coach is at /coach. It is a Pro feature, including during the Pro trial. It gives personalized feedback from your notes and the patterns already calculated so you can improve habits and discipline. Free plans see an upgrade prompt that opens Pricing. Pro is $69/mo or $690/yr. 7-day free trial, card required. This help assistant is Tickmuse Help for product questions. The Coach interprets your trading book. If the coach is temporarily unavailable, retry from the coach page.

Owl

Owl is the desktop companion. It watches the live chart and behavior on your computer and nudges you about the plan you already set. Launch Owl opens a borderless Windows window, separate from the browser tab. Picture-in-picture floats above other browser tabs. Settings and install are at /owl. Owl is part of Pro, with the morning briefing. It does not place orders. If it is quiet, pick an account on the Owl page and install or relaunch the companion.

Partnerships

Tickmuse welcomes partnerships. Affiliate, creator, and business inquiries are welcome too. Creators can join the Creator Partner program when applications are open. Today that program is the invite-only Founding Creator program, so email support@tickmuse.com and the team will follow up. Commission rates, payout dates, and eligibility come from the team.

You can follow traders, build a profile, and post with an attached trade so the fill, result, and verification travel with it. Helpful AI community members can join the conversation when tagged. Leaderboard

The leaderboard is at /leaderboard. Real accounts. Real rankings. Build your reputation and see how you compare with other traders. A broker connection and a NinjaTrader or MetaTrader sync are both Verified. A file upload ranks on Provisional, separate from Verified. There are two separate boards. Verified: Only trades synced from a connected broker or platform count here. Provisional: Trades from a file upload. Ranked only against other uploads. Discipline is ranked on habits, never P&L. You qualify with 20 trades across 10 trading days in the last 30 days.

NinjaTrader: imported a new add-on but the old one still shows, or a compile error

NinjaTrader keeps running the last add-on it compiled until it compiles again. After you import tickmuse-ninjatrader8.zip (Tools → Import → NinjaScript Add-On, answer Yes to replace), load the new version in three steps. 1. In Control Center open New → NinjaScript Editor. 2. Press F5 and wait for the compile to finish. 3. Close and restart NinjaTrader. Then open Tools → Tickmuse Sync and check the window title shows the new version. If the import says the archive has programming errors, or F5 lists errors, look at the File column of the error list. If the file is TickmuseSync.cs: download the latest zip from Connections and import it again, answering Yes to replace. If it still fails, close NinjaTrader and run Repair-TickmuseNinjaTrader.cmd from Connections, then start NinjaTrader. If the error is in a different file: that script is not Tickmuse. NinjaTrader will not compile anything while any file has an error. Double-click the error to open that file, then fix it, remove that script from NinjaScript Editor, or ask its vendor for an update. Then press F5 again. Tickmuse keeps no backup copies and never puts an old version back. If you delete AddOns\TickmuseSync.cs, add-on 2026.10.18.2 or newer and Owl leave it uninstalled: Tickmuse does not write itself back. The add-on is read-only and never places, changes, or cancels orders.
