Cancel online in Settings → Billing with Manage billing, which opens the Stripe customer portal when billing is turned on, or email support@tickmuse.com. You do not have to call. Cancellation stops the next renewal. We do not refund the current paid month except where the law requires, or if we billed you by mistake.
