Your data

A short version of what Tickmuse (“Tickmuse”, “we”, “us”) keeps. The full policy is the Privacy Policy. Requests go to support@tickmuse.com.

What we store

• Your login, profile, and the settings you choose.
• Imported files and the accounts, orders, fills, and journal notes built from them.
• Feedback you send, including an optional screenshot.

Broker credentials

If you connect ProjectX, the API key is encrypted. Tradovate connection tokens are encrypted the same way when that connection is used. Access is read-only. Tickmuse reads history so it can show your book. It does not place, change, or cancel orders.

Delete anytime

You can delete an import from Imports. That removes the batch and the trades that came only from it, and you can delete the accounts created from that import. To delete the whole account, email support@tickmuse.com and we will remove the profile and the trading data tied to it.

We do not sell data

We do not sell your trades, your journal, or your contact details. California residents can ask to know, delete, correct, or opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. The details are in the Privacy Policy.
